Effective September 28, 2026. These terms describe use of the Stage Rentals (stgrent.com) website and its booking notification program. Reservation details, charges, and the rental agreement shown during checkout also apply to your rental.
Bookings and accounts
Provide accurate contact and driver information. Vehicle availability and booking details are confirmed through the reservation process. Follow the rental agreement presented for your trip. Contact Stage Rentals if you need help with a booking or your account.
SMS terms
By actively selecting the SMS checkbox at vehicle checkout or enabling SMS in your account preferences, you agree to receive rental booking updates and trip reminders from hm remarketing at the phone number you provide. Consent to SMS is optional; you can choose email notifications instead. Message frequency varies by trip. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to a message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also change your notification preferences in your account or reach us through our contact page. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. SMS delivery depends on carrier availability.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including SMS consent. We may update these terms by posting a revised date. Contact us through our contact page with questions.
